More About Me
I want you to feel like you have at least one person on your side.
You can say literally anything without feeling judged here.
I’ve been a social worker for a long time. I’ve worked with people in really difficult positions.
Plus, I tend to be a very non-judgmental person.
You belong here.
License Number: LW61105848
My Approach
As a social worker, I focus on systems and how they impact my client’s experience.
I use a variety of methodologies, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution-focused brief therapy.
I am a trauma-informed provider, disability affirming (including neurodivergence), and safe-space trained/facilitator. The majority of my background is in medical social work, and I enjoy helping people who are trying to navigate the healthcare and/or government systems.
My Experience
I have worked with clients with chronic physical and/or mental health issues.
Those with depression & anxiety as well as severe & persistent diagnoses
Perinatal mental health
Pediatric populations
Finding adult family homes / resource stewardship for families that are newly having to care for their loved ones.
Standardized Autism assessments for adults
Writing accommodations letters for work & school
Neurodivergence
You’re exploring your neurodivergence.
Officially & unofficially diagnosed. Self-diagnosis is valid in my book!
If you think you or your teen may have Autism, I’d love to speak with you.
My Specialties
Trauma
You may think “it’s not that bad!” and yet, it may still have been traumatic. Big “T” and little “t” traumas take time and a compassionate witness to unpack and recover from.
Chronic Illness
I love working with people who have chronic symptoms/illnesses like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).

I work with women, non-binary folks, and those who are gender-queer
Individuals aged 15+
I may be able to see younger adolescents on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch to speak about this option if you’re interested.
